Tow Truck Driver/Operator (25 Years +)

Candidates must be at least 25 years of age or older to apply for insurance reasons. Candidates must also have a valid Drivers License and be able to pass a background check as well as have a clean driving record. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Operate tow trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations. Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment, ensuring no damage occurs during the process. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including vehicle condition reports and customer interactions. Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide timely assistance. Manage conflicts professionally, ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating tow trucks and performing duties. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience operating tow trucks, including flatbed models, is preferred. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts for loading/unloading tasks as necessary. Excellent conflict management skills to handle customer interactions effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
