Tow Truck Driver – Job Description We are looking for a responsible, skilled, and motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team at 4 Wheel Towing . This position requires not only strong driving skills but also professionalism, integrity, and passion for the work. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly and professionally to dispatch calls for vehicle breakdowns or accidents. Safely load, secure, and transport vehicles to their destinations. Follow all traffic laws and company procedures while operating the tow truck. Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and teammates at all times. Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on your assigned truck and equipment. Maintain accurate service records and ensure all documentation is completed properly. Qualifications Valid driver’s license (not under “privilege” or suspension status). Basic to intermediate English skills — must be able to understand dispatch instructions, communicate with customers, and complete service forms. Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork. Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude with customers. Physically capable of performing towing tasks safely and efficiently. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed.
