Tow Truck Driver

Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, including cars and other motor vehicles, to designated locations. Your expertise in vehicle recovery towing and safe vehicle loading will ensure efficient and professional service for our clients. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, punctuality, and customer service are paramount. Duties Perform car towing operations, ensuring vehicles are transported securely and efficiently. Conduct vehicle recovery towing, assisting in the retrieval of vehicles involved in accidents or breakdowns. Safely load vehicles onto the tow truck, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Operate the tow truck proficiently, including maneuvering in various traffic conditions and parking environments. Maintain the tow truck and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members to coordinate towing assignments. Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws during operations to prevent accidents or damage. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record suitable for operating a tow truck. Proven experience in car towing and vehicle recovery towing is preferred. Knowledge of safe vehicle loading techniques onto tow trucks. Ability to operate a tow truck safely and efficiently under different conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks associated with towing operations.
