Tow Truck Driver
Greg's Hula Towing, Inc.Responding to Service Calls : Tow truck drivers receive communications from company dispatchers and drive to the scene of a vehicle breakdown or accident. Assessing the Situation : They interact with the customer to find out the nature of the problem and perform roadside vehicle diagnostics. Minor Repairs : Tow truck drivers may perform minor repairs, such as jump-starting vehicles, changing tires, and reconnecting vehicle parts. Towing Vehicles : They connect the damaged vehicle to the truck using a chain, winch, or steering block and tow it to an authorized service station members home or storage yard. Reporting and Paperwork : After completing the job, they report back to base station and complete necessary paperwork. Work Closely with Law Enforcement : Once approved through Background screening, with Livescan fingerprinting, be on call to respond to Law Enforcement calls within a timely efficient manner to clean Accident scene or take possession on vehicle impound. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test. Must be willing to work weekends and overtime!
