Tow Truck Driver

Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing vehicles, assisting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the tow truck. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, safety, and teamwork. The Tow Truck Driver will play a vital part in providing prompt assistance to motorists and ensuring the smooth operation of our towing services. Responsibilities Safely tow vehicles using various equipment such as skates, dollies, and flatbeds. Perform accident tows, rollovers, lockouts, and tire changes as needed. Keep the tow truck clean and well-maintained, including regular washing and cleaning of the flatbed. Assist customers professionally, understanding that customer satisfaction is a priority. Help out at the station with any tasks or duties as requested by management. Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety protocols during operations. Ensure proper handling of vehicles to prevent damage during towing processes. Demonstrate responsible behavior at all times, avoiding any conduct issues. Skills Ability to operate towing equipment such as skates, dollies, and flatbeds proficiently. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude. Good physical condition to handle vehicle towing tasks and station assistance. Attention to detail in vehicle handling and truck maintenance. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Clear communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Commitment to safety standards and responsible behavior on the job. This position offers an opportunity to be an essential part of our roadside assistance team while developing valuable skills in vehicle recovery and customer service. Must be able to work on call for 2 to 3 nights per week, must be able to meet 1/2 hr eta for police tows. Must have a clean driving record and no criminal record. Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
