Tow Truck Driver

Job Summary As a Tow Truck Driver, you’ll respond to service calls, police rotation calls, safely load and transport vehicles, and support drivers facing breakdowns or recovery needs. You’ll operate a tow truck, including a flatbed when appropriate, and use sound judgment to protect people, vehicles, and cargo. **Must be atleast 25 years old Responsibilities Drive a tow truck to locations and assess the vehicle and scene before beginning work. Perform car towing and vehicle recovery towing, including safe vehicle loading onto the tow truck and secure unloading. Follow cargo securement protocols and use appropriate equipment to secure vehicles during transport. Provide clear, respectful customer service and use conflict management skills to address concerns calmly. Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and minor mechanical vehicle repair when appropriate; communicate issues that require further service. Skills Valid authorization ( F endorsement) to drive the assigned vehicle; safe driving practices; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience; ability to operate a tow truck and load and unload vehicles securely. Mechanical knowledge, basic vehicle troubleshooting, and understanding of vehicle mechanics for truck drivers. Customer service, clear communication, and conflict management skills. Flatbed operation, car towing, vehicle recovery towing, automotive diagnostics, automotive repair, or mechanic experience. Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per week Work Location: In person
