Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and vehicle recovery towing equipment, to transport vehicles from accident scenes, breakdowns, Secure vehicles onto tow trucks following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks while adhering to safety standards Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks to ensure mechanical functionality and safety compliance for daily operations Assist customers professionally by providing clear communication, updates on service status, and resolving conflicts effectively Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures during driving and vehicle recovery operations Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience in commercial truck driving or flatbed towing Familiarity with cargo securement protocols and safe vehicle loading techniques on tow trucks Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict calmly and professionally Ability to operate tow trucks efficiently while adhering to safety standards and traffic regulations Prior experience in automotive repair or mechanic work is a plus live with in a 12 mile radius fo walhalla sc Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: On-the-job training Paid time off Paid training Location: Walhalla, SC (Preferred) Work Location: In person
