Tow Truck Driver

We are seeking a dependable and safety focused tow truck driver to join our team. This is a customer facing role who can safely operate towing equipment, communicate professionally with dispatch and customers, and make good decisions at break downs and roadside situations. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and safely to dispatched towing, recovery, roadside-assistance, and vehicle-transport calls throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Safely operate assigned light-duty tow truck equipment, including flatbeds, wheel-lifts, and/or self-loaders, based on training and company assignment. Perform damage-free loading, securing, transport, and unloading of customer, dealer, auction, impound, and disabled vehicles. Provide basic roadside services when assigned, including jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, and minor non-mechanical assistance. Assess each scene for traffic, vehicle, customer, and equipment hazards before beginning service. Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding arrival times, vehicle condition, destination, delays, and call completion. Use company mobile devices, GPS/navigation, radio systems, and dispatch software to receive and document calls accurately. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections; keep the assigned truck, tools, safety equipment, and cab clean, organized, and ready for service. Deliver respectful, calm, and professional customer service, especially when working with customers under stress after breakdowns or accidents. Follow all company policies, traffic laws, Nevada requirements, safety procedures, and customer-property handling standards. Work safely in Las Vegas heat, nighttime conditions, traffic, parking structures, private properties, and roadside environments.
