Tow Truck Operator/Driver About us Black-owned towing company that specializes in providing professional and reliable towing based in Upper Marlboro, MD and the surrounding DC, Maryland and Virginia areas. Our drivers are self-motivated independent contractors who are expected to uphold all contract duties/responsibilities including great customer service, prompt service completion times, maintaining equipment/operating trucks, operation safety, etc. Drivers with extensive towing experience is preferable, however training will be conducted for beginner drivers. Driver responsibilities Arrive to work in timely manner Successfully and efficiently complete light-medium duty towing including roadside services (jump starts, lock outs, tire changes), accidents, break-downs and/or removal of illegally placed vehicles Strong communication skills with customers, including providing accurate ETA's when en route Perform routine inspection checks on trucks in beginning/end of shift; reporting any damage done to trucks immediately Maintain clean operating conditions in the trucks.
