Heavy Duty Tow Operator
$75,000 – $150,000 / Year · Based on Experience & Knowledge
About the Role
1st Choice Towing & Recovery Services is a heavy-duty towing and recovery company based in the Gwinnett County area, operating since 2014. We handle complex recovery and transport jobs that require skill, focus, and professionalism. We are expanding our team and looking for qualified drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a company that invests in its people.
Requirements
• Valid Class A CDL license (required)
• Ability to operate a standard manual transmission (required)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Responsible, dependable, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
Experience
Prior heavy-duty towing or recovery experience is preferred. However, we are willing to invest in the right person. Paid hands-on training is available for qualified candidates who are committed to learning the trade the right way. If you have the foundation and the drive, we will build on it.

Out-of-State Drivers Welcome
We actively welcome drivers relocating from out of state. If you are looking for a fresh opportunity and are willing to move to the Atlanta metro area, we will work with you to make it happen. Upon your start date, we will cover two months of rent and assist with moving logistics to help you get settled. If you have the skills and the commitment, where you are starting from should not hold you back.
