Our drivers provide roadside assistance, vehicle transportation, accident recovery, and towing services. Positions Available Heavy-Duty Tow Truck Driver: Valid CDL required. Light-Duty Tow Truck Driver: CDL not required. Job Responsibilities Respond to towing, roadside assistance, vehicle breakdown, and accident recovery calls. Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbeds and heavy-duty towing and recovery equipment. Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles in accordance with safety standards and cargo securement requirements. Perform vehicle recovery operations while minimizing the risk of damage to vehicles and property. Assess vehicle conditions and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary. Provide courteous, professional customer service to motorists and customers. Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety procedures, TDLR requirements, and company policies. Inspect and maintain towing equipment and report any mechanical or safety concerns. Complete required service documentation accurately. Maintain professionalism when handling stressful roadside situations. Qualifications and Requirements Valid Texas driver's license. CDL required for heavy-duty positions; not required for light-duty positions. Must meet applicable Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) tow operator licensing requirements. Acceptable driving record. Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check before an interview will be scheduled. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts. Strong work ethic, dependability, and a professional attitude. Ability to safely operate towing and recovery equipment. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations. Previous towing, vehicle recovery, or automotive experience preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge and vehicle troubleshooting skills are a plus. Compensation Commission-based pay, dependent on experience. Work Location Midland, Texas.
