bobs towing & recoveryHEAVY-DUTY TOW & RECOVERY OPERATOR Bob’s Towing & Recovery Bob’s Towing & Recovery is looking for a dependable, experienced, and motivated Heavy-Duty Tow & Recovery Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced towing professional who enjoys a variety of work, wants the opportunity to increase their earnings, and is comfortable responding to calls at all hours. COMPETITIVE PAY $1,000–$1,500 per week + Opportunity to earn additional compensation + Two weeks of PTO + Sign on bonus (if applicable) Your earning potential can increase through additional work, commission opportunities, and qualifying long-haul assignments. WHAT YOU'LL DO Operate heavy-duty tow trucks and recovery equipment. Safely transport and recover heavy equipment, vehicles, machinery, and other large loads. Respond to accidents, breakdowns, recovery calls, and other emergency situations. Participate in the police rotation , including nights, weekends, holidays, and after-hours calls. Properly load, secure, and transport vehicles and heavy equipment. Perform recoveries in a variety of weather, traffic, and job-site conditions. Complete required inspections, paperwork, and documentation. Maintain a professional relationship with customers, law enforcement, businesses, and the public. Maintain and care for assigned trucks, towing equipment, chains, straps, and recovery gear. Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety procedures. LONG-HAUL OPPORTUNITIES Drivers who are interested in traveling will have the opportunity to take long-haul and extended-distance assignments , including the transportation of heavy equipment and vehicles. Long-haul work can provide additional opportunities to increase your earnings while traveling and gaining experience in heavy-duty transportation and recovery. REQUIREMENTS CDL Class B required CDL Class A preferred Clean and responsible driving record Previous heavy-duty towing, recovery, trucking, or equipment-transport experience preferred Willingness to participate in the police rotation/on-call schedule Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed Resides in Whitfield County limits (preferred) No Felony Charges on record Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits: On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Work Location: In person
