Bring your wheel-lift experience, active TDLR towing license, and strong work ethic—we’ll provide training in vehicle repossession and our recovery systems. Prior repossession experience is welcome but not required. Wheel-lift towing experience is required. What We Offer Competitive pay scale—performance-based with weekly bonuses. Weekly pay. Company-provided tow truck and recovery equipment. Training in repossession procedures, documentation, and recovery software. Requirements Hands-on experience operating a wheel-lift tow truck. Active Texas TDLR towing license and valid driver’s license. Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets company insurance requirements. Ability to pass a drug test. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use mobile apps, upload photos, and enter account updates. Availability to work night shift. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to our Balch Springs location. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow instructions. Clear communication skills and a calm, professional approach. Ability to perform the physical duties of towing and vehicle recovery. Experience with RDN, Recovery Connect, Clearplan, or LPR systems is a plus; training is available. Schedule & Location Night shift, based out of Balch Springs, TX, serving the surrounding DFW area.
