Overview Now Hiring: Tow Truck Operators / Roadside Technicians DEJESUS TOWING LLC is looking for dedicated, professional, and highly reliable drivers to join our fast-growing team in Cleveland. We handle roadside assistance, police rotation calls, and much more. Because we work closely with law enforcement and stranded motorists, we need team members we can count on at all times to perform their duties safely and professionally. Compensation & Terms Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour Probationary Period: All new hires are placed on a 90-day probation to ensure a good fit. Mandatory Job Requirements: Experience Required: Prior experience in towing and roadside assistance is a must. Cleveland Towing License: You must possess a valid license to tow within the City of Cleveland. Driver's License: A valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record is required. Background & Testing: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (required for police rotation clearance). Daily Responsibilities & Job Description: Towing Operations: Safely handling accident tows, police rotations, and properly parking/positioning vehicles. Equipment to be Used: Proficiently operating both Flatbeds and Wreckers depending on the call type. Equipment Handling: Must be physically able to pick up, lift, and assemble heavy tow dollies onto dolly tows to safely transport vehicles. Roadside Assistance: Performing jump-starts, fuel delivery, tire changes, and door unlocks (lockout services).
