Tow Truck Driver

Job Summary As a Tow Truck Driver, you’ll respond to vehicle recovery and roadside assistance requests, transport vehicles safely, and provide courteous, clear service. Your work helps customers get support during vehicle breakdowns and keeps recovery operations moving smoothly. Duties Operate a tow truck to recover, load, secure, and transport vehicles while following safe handling practices. Assess vehicle and roadside conditions, use mechanical knowledge to identify basic issues, and communicate relevant details to customers and colleagues. Maintain clear records of service calls, vehicle condition, and completed work; keep equipment organized and ready for use. Coordinate with customers and team members to provide timely updates and support efficient vehicle recovery. Experience Required: Practical commercial driving capability, careful vehicle handling, clear communication, and customer service skills are important for safe, dependable roadside assistance. Mechanical knowledge supports basic assessment and accurate reporting. Preferred: Experience with forklift operation and automotive repair is useful, along with familiarity with vehicle recovery tasks and equipment.
