Tow truck dispatcher

Benjamin Towing has been one of the most reliable local facilities in the Tri-Cities for more than 17 years. We are seeking a reliable Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. This role involves coordinating towing services and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities: Dispatch tow truck operators to service calls promptly and effectively. Manage incoming service requests and provide timely responses to customers. Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to schedules and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of calls, services, and driver activities. Provide excellent customer service. Utilize dispatch software to optimize routes and increase efficiency. Process the release of impounded vehicles. Requirements: Must have experience working in an impound lot. Proven experience in dispatching, preferably in a towing or roadside assistance setting. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Familiarity with GPS, dispatching software, and Towbook. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations. Ability to solve problems independently and promptly in accordance with company policies and procedures. Clean criminal record.
