Now Hiring: Experienced Tow Truck Operators Join Our Team! We are looking for dependable, experienced, and safety-minded Tow Truck Operators to join our growing team. As a Tow Truck Operator, you will provide safe, efficient, and professional towing, vehicle recovery, transportation, and roadside assistance services. This role requires sound judgment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform in a variety of traffic, weather, and emergency conditions. We are looking for professionals who show up on time, put safety first, treat customers with respect, and are interested in building a long-term future with our company. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in towing, vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, or transportation. Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot common vehicle-related issues. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Willingness to submit to random drug screenings. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Ability to safely lift, push, and pull equipment and materials as required. Reliable, punctual, professional, and committed to safe work practices. Pay Structure Training Pay: $17.80 per hour during the training period. Post-Training Compensation: Base pay plus commission. Preferred Experience Military service is a plus! Veterans with experience in vehicle operations, transportation, logistics, equipment operation, or mechanical maintenance are encouraged to apply.
