Training will be provided. Essential Duties: Follows all safety procedures Conduct pre-shift inspection of assigned forklift (to identify safety and maintenance concerns). Concerns are reported to Maintenance personnel Operates fork lift - bringing applicable materials to all functional areas by responding to radio calls and prepping work stations. Utilize a scanner to scan inbound and outbound product for location tracking (in Oracle ERP/WIP Management) Load and unload product from incoming/outgoing trailers. Additional Duties: Complete shipping paperwork and inspections. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (from an accredited institution). Previous tow motor experience required Ability to pay close attention to detail and operate vehicle safely Ability to follow all instructions, rules, and regulations regarding safety Physical Demands : Lifting : Some lifting (less than 20% of workday) Standing: Infrequently (less than 20% of workday) Walking: Infrequently (less than 20% of workday) Bending and Twisting: Minimal or none Noise (percent of time working in noisy, production environment): 100% (PPE required).
