The Mission As a Tow Motor Operator in our Cleveland, Ohio plant, you’ll keep production charging forward by moving materials and finished steel drums safely and precisely—an essential link in the flow of manufacturing. Key responsibilities Transport pallets, components, and finished goods with a tow motor/forklift Load/unload and stage materials to support shipping and production needs Complete basic checks and report issues to keep equipment running reliably Follow safety and quality expectations while maintaining accurate movement and placement Required qualifications/skills High school diploma or GED preferred Previous tow motor/forklift experience preferred Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Comfort working in fast-paced, varying warehouse/manufacturing conditions Ready to launch your career and grow your skills on a supportive team? Apply today. Your Shift, In Motion You’ll start 1st shift Monday through Friday (with some Saturdays) by checking in with the team and getting set for the day’s pace. Expect steady movement across the floor, clear radio/face-to-face communication, and quick pivots as priorities change. You’ll build confidence with hands-on experience, sharpen your spatial awareness, and learn from coworkers who know how to keep work flowing smoothly. Throughout the shift, you’ll stay locked in on safe habits and clean, organized staging areas—then wrap up by setting the next crew up for a strong start.
