Job Title: Tow Motor Operator Company: Sandridge Crafted Foods Location: Medina, Ohio Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 10 + hour shifts, Mon- Fri, some weekends Pay: Earn Up to $20.47 an hour with incentives! Base Pay: $17.97 per hour +$1.00 shift premium +$1.50 per hour Attendance Bonus (Weekly) — Reliable attendance = higher weekly pay About the Role Nothing gets made, and nothing gets shipped, without materials in the right place at the right time. As a Tow Motor Operator, you'll keep our Medina facility moving by safely transporting ingredients, packaging, and finished products throughout the plant. You'll be the link between receiving, production, and shipping, making sure our lines have what they need to keep running and our customers get their orders on time. What You'll Do Safely operate a tow motor to move materials and products around the facility Deliver ingredients and packaging to production lines so they can keep running without delays Move finished products to storage and stage orders for shipping Put away and pull inventory in the right locations to keep the warehouse organized and accurate Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues Follow food safety, GMP, and forklift safety procedures every shift Keep aisles, docks, and storage areas clean, clear, and safe Communicate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to keep material flowing smoothly What You'll Need Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for a full shift (up to 50 lbs) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold & wet food manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — training provided Ability to pass a background check and drug screen What's in It for You Benefits: health/dental/vision/pension 3rd shift premium pay Weekly & On Demand Pay Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Stable, Full-Time Employment Growth opportunities through internal bidding
