Key Responsibilities:
• Lead dock teams toward operational goals and KPIs
• Maintain on-time HUB sort operations and network schedules
• Process inbound freight from city P&D drivers promptly
• Align staffing and equipment with volumes and budget
• Monitor dock processes for quality and compliance
Requirements:
• Five to seven years of transportation and management experience
• Previous dock leadership experience strongly emphasized
• College or University Degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Practical problem-solving and customer service orientation
