A day in this role
• Open the “shop store” and prep the counter so machinists can quickly grab what they need.

• Assemble Job Kits by reading setup sheets, gathering the correct tooling and gaging, and double‑checking every detail.
• Track high‑value assets in CribMaster with exacting accuracy—know what’s in stock, what’s checked out, and what’s coming back.
• Support the floor by answering spec questions, helping with tool lookups, and keeping the flow moving.

What you’ll own
• Run the counter: Operate the tool crib storefront and keep transactions smooth and professional.
• Precision prep: Build and verify Job Kits against setup sheets so machinists start right the first time.
• Inventory mastery: Maintain airtight records and asset control in CribMaster.
What you bring
• 1–3 years in a CNC environment, technical trade, or a high‑end auto parts counter role.
• Computer savvy: Comfortable with inventory software and digital tracking.
• People skills: Approachable, professional, and focused on enabling the team.
• Technical fluency and a precision‑first mindset.
