MWS Solutions Inc.Position Summary MWS Solutions is seeking an experienced and safety-focused person to join our Tool Crib team. Inspect, clean, and organize returned tools and equipment. Stage tools and equipment for upcoming deliveries. Put away returned inventory and maintain an organized Tool Crib. Assist with general Tool Crib operations and perform other duties as assigned. Safely operate a company pickup truck and trailer. Deliver and pick up tools, equipment, and construction materials from job sites. Comply with all Ministry of Transportation regulations, the Highway Traffic Act, MWS vehicle policies, and CVOR requirements. Maintain professional communication with supervisors, office staff, customers, and site personnel. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Work flexible hours and overtime when required to meet business and customer needs. Qualifications Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record (Prerequisite to being hired). Previous or current forklift certification is an asset. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, loading, and unloading equipment. Dependable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused.
