TM - Account Manager

Job Title: Transportation Management Account Manager Full-Time Office Hours | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Tuesday-Thursday) Full-Time Remote | 6:30 AM - 4:00 (Mondays & Fridays) Base Salary: $50,000 Total Earning Potential: $75,000 – $100,000 (Salary + Commission) About Us: We are a fast growing Freight Brokerage looking for a driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented professional to help us scale. As our Owner and President continue landing new deals, those accounts will be funneled directly to you. Your role will be to onboard, manage, scale, and strengthen those relationships. This is not a clock-in, clock-out position. This is a growth opportunity. What You’ll Be Responsible For Onboarding newly signed accounts Building operational workflows for each customer Managing day-to-day transportation needs Communicating with carriers and internal teams Identifying opportunities to grow and scale accounts Ensuring service excellence and long-term retention Being available when your customers need you Day in the Life Phase 1 (First 1–2 Months): Training & Integration Learn our systems and processes Understand pricing strategy and carrier management Shadow leadership and operations Build confidence in handling accounts independently Phase 2: Ownership Take full responsibility for assigned accounts Manage and grow your customer book Identify expansion opportunities Prove what you can build with the opportunities given What We’re Looking For Punctual and disciplined — 7:00 AM means 7:00 AM Strong communicator with high attention to detail Someone willing to go the extra mile for their customers Self-starter who thrives with responsibility Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment Hungry to grow income through performance We want someone who treats accounts like they’re their own business. Compensation Base Salary: $50,000 Commission Structure: Performance-Based Total Earning Potential: $75,000 – $100,000 (Salary + Commission) The more you scale your accounts, the more you earn.
