Warehouse & Customer Service Associate – Full Time TileTown – Edmonton, AB Join the TileTown Team! TileTown is a well-established tile retailer known for our wide selection of quality tile products, competitive pricing, and commitment to excellent customer service. We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Edmonton team in a full-time Warehouse & Customer Service position. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that involves moving large quantities of tile, loading and unloading orders, and assisting customers. If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Load and unload heavy boxes of tile throughout the day. Pick, prepare, and organize customer orders accurately. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Receive incoming shipments and organize warehouse inventory. Assist customers with loading tile into their vehicles. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and work environment. Assist with general store and warehouse duties as needed. What We're Looking For Must be physically capable of frequent, repetitive heavy lifting throughout the workday. This is a major part of the position. Previous forklift and pallet jack operating experience is required. Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or building materials experience is an asset. Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative. Friendly, positive attitude with good customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others. Ability to work independently and stay productive in a busy environment. Good attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety. What We Offer Full-time, stable employment.
