 JOB SUMMARY:

The Utah Mammoth is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Operations Manager to join our team. As a Ticket Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the ticketing operations for the Utah Mammoth. You will oversee the day-to-day management of ticket sales, including season tickets, group sales, and single-game tickets. You will be responsible for ensuring that all sales transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and that all customer service inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and maintaining group, mini, and single game offers.
  • Hockey operations support - season & single game.
  • Assist in premium all-inclusive contracts.
  • Working with Utah Mammoth marketing team to maintain brand image across all platforms.
  • Assist with visiting team and NHL ticketing needs.
  • Implementation of dynamic pricing schemes for single game sales
  • Collaborate with membership and premium reps to ensure account accuracy.
  • Single game premium, partner, and third-party ticket builds and management.
  • Manage the box office on Utah Mammoth game nights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Protect the reputation of the company.
  • Exemplify the Utah Mammoth mission and values: transparent, all in, community obsessed, one team, and scrappy.
  • Accept other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in ticket operations, preferably in the sports industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ticketing software, CRM systems, and Google Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
  • This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
  • This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
