Thread Representative Dispatcher

Job Description: Thread Representative Dispatcher Qualifications Regular on-site attendance is a requirement of the position. Minimum of 1 year dispatch experience (i.e., scheduling thread representatives for rig sites, making sure jobs are completed in their entirety, effectively communicating with drivers and customers) is a requirement. Must live in the Midland/Odessa area. Must have reliable transportation. Must be very familiar with and have 3 or more years of experience in the Oil & Gas Transportation industry. Must have experience managing and working with others in a team environment. Must be very familiar with roadway navigation in West Texas, Southeastern New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Must have advanced communication and organizational skills. Must have the ability to adjust to last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to use practical judgment when making decisions and resolve operational or delivery issues in a timely manner. Must be a team player who takes initiative in the work environment. Computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word. Must pass a background check. Responsibilities Including but not limited to: Will receive numerous calls from customers and thread representatives. Will be responsible for driver and dispatch efficiency and meeting customer expectations. Will be a reliable point of contact for drivers. Will need to ensure that all trips/loads/jobs are recorded in the appropriate system with accuracy. Will ensure that the company meets all customer requirements and any changes are communicated immediately. Will need to stay in communication with drivers to ensure each trip/tool load/job is being performed appropriately and as planned. Will need to ensure that drivers have all the required information and the proper instructions to perform their duties correctly, on time, and safely. Will need to maintain shop and office cleanliness on a regular basis. Stage tools based on customer calls (daily, if necessary).
