Location: Bethlehem, PA, Austin, or Somerset, NJ (Candidate can work hybrid from any of these location) Hybrid Role Duration: 1 Year The Associate Director of Supply Chain Sustainability and Compliance will be responsibile for driving CLIENT’s sustainable supply chain program and provides general environment, social and governance (ESG) program support. You will work with key internal and external stakeholders to develop supply chain strategies in alignment with sustainability best practices to support compliance. This position will report to the Director of Finance Transformation and is required to report to the CLIENT Bethlehem, PA, CLIENT Austin, or CLIENT Somerset, NJ office location in accordance with the CLIENT Hybrid working model. Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To Overseeing and managing sustainable supply chain strategy development. Establishing best practices and framework of supply chain. Manage vendor risk assessment and supply chain compliance program. Provide subject matter expertise to business stakeholders on supply chain sustainability-related topics. Support supply chain sustainability reporting requirements and customer inquiries. Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices including but not limited to supply chain. Supporting ESG Reporting including Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), EcoVadis. Develop and manage team members by setting clear goals while motivating and challenging employees for high performance. Provide guidance and mentor Client to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in an Environmental/Sustainability leaderClientp role. Bachelor's/Master's in Sustainability (Environmental and/or Social) or Supply Chain Management or advanced Degree, Finance Compliance Professional qualification in Finance or Supply Chain. Experience working in consulting practices advising on ESG. Direct experience of Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG) Protocol, SBTi, CDP, Ecovadis, and reporting frameworks. Advanced knowledge of evolving sustainability requirements and standards. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPS
