• Ensure safe operations, marshalling, and spotting of rail cars
• Load and offload rail cars following regulations
• Conduct inspections of rail cars and document results
• Prepare daily reports and address operational issues
• Perform cleaning and light maintenance duties
Requirements:
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Capability to work independently while following guidelines
• Eagerness to learn new skills in the terminal
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs and work outdoors
• Previous experience in rail or transloading preferred
