r the day-to-day management of the operation, including safety, staffing, training, productivity, quality, customer expectations, and financial performance. We are looking for a leader who can balance operational demands with employee development while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Candidates with management experience in automotive processing, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, warehousing, railroad operations, distribution, or other high-volume industrial environments are encouraged to apply. Railroad experience is beneficial but not required.
Key Responsibilities
As Terminal Manager, you will:
• Provide overall leadership and management oversight for assigned vehicle processing operations
• Direct and support supervisors, leads, and hourly associates to achieve daily operational goals
• Manage an operation consisting of approximately 25–50 associates
• Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, EPA, FRA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain compliance with company and customer safety policies, operating procedures, work instructions, and site SOPs
• Ensure employees receive appropriate job-specific training and understand established work procedures
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality, staffing, and overall site performance
• Manage financial performance and P&L responsibilities
• Identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans when necessary
