Terminal Manager

Job Summary The Terminal Manager supports daily terminal operations, with a focus on driver onboarding, document upkeep, and yard organization. This paid position begins part time and may transition to full time as the company grows. Responsibilities Conduct orientation for new drivers and prepare onboarding materials. Set up fuel cards and assemble driver binders. Review onboarding documents and help clear outstanding paperwork. Track driver documents and follow up on expired items. Walk the yard and create accurate trailer lists. Keep the front office clean and ready for orientations. Occasionally pick up decals or parts from suppliers. Your impact: Organized onboarding and current records help drivers get started and keep terminal operations moving smoothly. Requirements Strong organization and attention to detail. Clear, professional communication with drivers and colleagues. Ability to manage paperwork and maintain accurate records. Comfort working in both an office and a terminal yard. Dependability and flexibility as operational needs change. Ability to handle occasional local supplier pickups.
