Terminal Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Terminal Manager to lead our terminal operations in Morgan City/Amelia area. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of terminal activities, ensuring seamless coordination of freight and transportation planning. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, optimize supply chain efficiency, and foster a safety-first environment while managing a diverse team. Duties The Terminal Manager oversees the daily operations of our Flatbed and oil and gas materials for offshore operations. This role manages drivers, dispatch, equipment readiness, and load flow while maintaining strong communication with customers and rig personnel. Qualifications Must have prior experience in in this type of operations — this role requires direct knowledge of handling, securing, and transporting pipe safely and efficiently. Must have experience working with oilfield rig locations, including understanding rig procedures, site expectations, and communication with rig personnel. Strong dispatch problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot load delays, driver issues, equipment challenges, and customer needs in real time. Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
