Tender Procurement Specialist

Role: Own tender and project procurement for large EPC power infrastructure programs, from pre-bid to closeout, working with Sales, Engineering, Quality and Logistics. Key duties Build and own the Tender Sourcing Plan and Project Procurement Plan Issue RFIs/RFQs, evaluate bids, and support proposal pricing Build procurement schedules in Primavera P6 Expedite critical-path equipment and run recovery plans (95%+ OTD) Coordinate ITPs, FAT/SAT and NCR closure with Quality Publish weekly OTD dashboards and risk reports Must-haves Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Engineering (or 8-10 years of experience) 5+ years of procurement in EPC, utilities, grid or industrial projects Proven record managing large procurement plans and 95%+ OTD Supplier quality exposure (ITP, FAT/SAT, NCR) SAP or Oracle, Primavera P6 or MS Project, Power BI or Excel Fluent English, willingness to travel Preferred: PMP, CPSM, CSCP or Six Sigma Green Belt Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
