Living SpacesPosition Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with business leaders, team members and candidates to provide an exceptional recruitment experience. Will be instrumental in the execution of high-volume multi-unit recruiting strategies that enable the organization to attract and hire the key talent required to meet its business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be a champion of the company’s culture and passionate about the value that is created through a diverse and inclusive team. Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage full cycle recruiting on a variety of positions, including partnering with hiring managers to learn job requirements, sourcing, generating passive candidates, interviewing, scheduling, and preparing offer letters. Develop strong partnerships with the department's hiring managers and key stakeholder to create an exceptional candidate experience supporting managers in staffing strategies to maintain staffing levels. Identify and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants. Participate and promote diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Track and relay the results. Create and manage digital job advertisements on employment website, job boards and social media sites. Establish and form external relationships to help with recruiting efforts including building partnership with organizations and schools. Facilitate manager training on recruiting and hiring processes. Coordinate hiring for locations as needed, including planning, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews for internal and external candidates. Coordinate career fairs and hiring events. Manage ATS and related functions to ensure accurate recordkeeping and candidate experience in end-to-end process. Workday experience preferred. Assist with staffing related projects and support company OKRs. Partner and support internal talent mobility initiatives and maintain candidate pools for future internal mobility. Assist with retention strategies. Work cross-functionally throughout the company departments/divisions. Proactively source and curate talent pools to address succession planning Qualifications Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in business or HR or related field is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in direct recruiting role with a preferred emphasis in logistics or retail. Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs including Word & Excel. Able to work in an HRIS/ATS system (Workday experience is a plus). Position Hiring Range The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time. Compensation: $75,525.00 - $100,700.00 Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
