Temporary Sourcing and Procurement Associate

**Position Overview:** Next Computing LLC is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Temporary Sourcing and Procurement Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. Associate will actively participate in the sourcing and procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of electronic components, equipment, and devices essential for various projects and operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Sourcing and Procurement Assistance:** Assist in sourcing electronic components, equipment, and devices required for projects and operations. Support the identification of cost-effective sourcing opportunities while upholding quality standards. - **Order Processing Support:** Aid in processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks. Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain clear communication with vendors. - **Microsoft Office Skills:** Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel for data analysis and Teams for collaborative work. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Previous experience in a hands-on role within sourcing and procurement, preferably in the electronics industry. - Familiarity with order processing systems, with basic proficiency in QuickBooks preferred. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to assist in analyzing market trends and negotiating with suppliers. - Interest in learning and applying inventory management principles and practices. - Self starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment. - Collaborate with team members in customer success focused environment. - Willingness to jump in and offer assistance or learn more in varying areas of the business. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. - Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is advantageous. **Compensation:** The pay range for this position is $25-27/hr DOE (depending on experience).
