We're Hiring Temporary/Seasonal Logistics Assistant ________________________________________________________ Company: Massive Prints Inc Location: 2035 E Vista Bella Way, Rancho Dominguez, CA 90220 Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary / Seasonal Contract Length: 90 days Shifts: Flexible hours based on workload (No guaranteed daily hours, not on-call) Pay Rate: Based on experience Benefits: None (Non-benefited role) ________________________________________________________ About the Position Massive Prints Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Assistant to support shipping, inventory, and supply chain operations during our busy seasonal period. This role works closely with the Logistics Manager, warehouse personnel, suppliers, and freight carriers to ensure materials and finished garments move efficiently throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Shipping Coordination: Track incoming materials and outgoing finished garments, coordinate freight pickups, and communicate shipment updates. Documentation & Customs: Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists, and assist with customs documentation. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate shipment readiness with manufacturing facilities, and identify shortages or discrepancies. Reporting & Cost Control: Prepare logistics reports, review freight invoices, and identify billing discrepancies or opportunities to improve efficiency. Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain administration. College coursework in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Experience with ERP, WMS, or PLM systems preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing shipment schedules and operational demands. Schedule & Employment Conditions Temporary position scheduled to end February 1, 2027. Variable hours based on operational needs, with no guaranteed minimum daily or weekly hours. Maximum of 30 hours per week; overtime is not authorized under this scheduling arrangement, subject to applicable law. Work is assigned as needed, with scheduling and availability expectations communicated in accordance with company policies and applicable law.
