Temporary Operations Associate

The Temporary Operations Associate will focus on transaction processing, account support, and operational accuracy. It helps maintain Freedom Credit Union’s internal workflow so branches, call centers, and our members have an exceptional experience. 

• At least 5 years of banking/credit union experience, preferably in an operations or back-office role.
• Experience with Daily ACH processing desired.
• Experience with Overdraft processing desired.
• Previous exposure to Banking Cash Management services helpful.
• Procedure writing experience helpful.
• Experience with COCC Insight or Fiserv DNA helpful.
