Temporary Labor Needed for Warehouse Decommissioning

This job is for Thursday, Oct 29 and Friday, Oct 30 from 8am to 3pm. Possibly some days the week after. Job Summary Join a temporary warehouse decommissioning team and help clear, sort, and move materials safely and efficiently. You’ll support the site manager by preparing items for shipment or removal, and using equipment when qualified. This hands-on role suits dependable workers who follow safety procedures and work well with a team. Duties Sort, identify, and stage warehouse inventory for transfer, shipment, recycling, or disposal according to instructions. Load and unload materials; perform manual handling and heavy lifting using safe techniques. Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, clamp trucks, cranes, and other material handling equipment only when authorized and qualified. Requirements Ability to follow directions, work safely around heavy equipment, and handle physical tasks that include lifting and standing. Experience operating material handling equipment is preferred; equipment operation must be limited to tasks you are trained and authorized to perform. Dependability, teamwork, attention to detail, and consistent safety protocol adherence are essential. Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
