Temporary Commercial HVAC Dispatcher

Position Details Type: Full-time, temporary (approximately 3 months) Pay: $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM What You’ll Do Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to commercial service calls, maintenance visits, and installations Answer incoming calls and emails from commercial customers, property managers, and facility contacts Prioritize emergency and time-sensitive service requests Coordinate technician routes and schedules to keep the day running efficiently Communicate job details, site access instructions, and customer needs to technicians in the field Enter and update work orders, service notes, and job status in the dispatch system Follow up with customers on scheduling, arrival times, and job completion Work closely with the service manager, technicians, and office team to keep jobs on track Maintain strong relationships with customers through friendly, professional service What We’re Looking For Minimum of two years of administrative experience in an office setting Passion for people and a positive attitude Accountable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clear, professional communication by phone, email, and text Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office programs Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Dispatch or HVAC/trades experience is a plus but not required Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Why This Is a Great Opportunity Approximately 3 months of full-time, paid dispatch experience at $23.00 per hour Join a company with over 30 years in the commercial HVAC industry Learn the HVAC industry from the office side, working alongside experienced technicians and managers Build valuable scheduling, coordination, and customer service skills Potential for additional opportunities based on performance and company needs Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Office: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Temecula, CA 92590
