Insight Global is seeking an experienced contractor to support the Digital Vendor Management Office (VMO) with technology sourcing, vendor negotiations, and third-party management activities. This role will independently lead and support sourcing events, commercial negotiations, vendor performance activities, and other third-party lifecycle needs while partnering closely with Digital, IT, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, HR, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead technology sourcing events, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Lead vendor pricing and commercial negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud, professional services, managed services, and other technology solutions. Review proposals, pricing models, licensing structures, payment terms, and commercial terms to identify negotiation opportunities and optimize value. Partner with Legal and internal stakeholders through contract negotiation and execution. Support vendor performance management, including business reviews, performance concerns, contractual commitments, and corrective actions. Support third-party risk management activities and coordinate with appropriate internal stakeholders. Manage assigned vendor activities throughout the lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, renewals, and vendor exit. Maintain appropriate documentation and tracking of sourcing, contracting, renewal, and vendor-management activities. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in technology vendor management, strategic sourcing, technology procurement, or contract negotiations. Strong experience negotiating technology pricing, contracts, and commercial terms. Demonstrated experience independently leading RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Experience with software, SaaS, cloud, managed services, and professional services agreements. Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and vendor-management skills. Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and work effectively across Digital, IT, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, HR, and business teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Location: Preference for candidates local to the Milwaukee/Southeastern Wisconsin area with the ability to work onsite up to 3 days a week.
