quired Skills & Qualifications
• Experience providing technical support for IT equipment and systems within logistics environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and service requests.
• Ability to support and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and Client 365 applications.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and deployment of new technology systems and services.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with network connectivity support, including Wi-Fi and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure monitoring and maintenance coordination.
• Experience in managing technology asset inventory, including equipment tracking and lifecycle activities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for Distribution Center (DC) and Fulfillment Center (FC) associates requiring IT assistance.
• Escalate complex issues to global support teams and subject matter experts when required.
• Act as a communication liaison between operations teams and technology support groups to ensure timely issue resolution.
