You will partner with senior Technology, Data, Finance, Risk, and business leaders to develop category strategies that optimize technology investments, manage risk, accelerate innovation, and deliver long-term business value. Leveraging your expertise in technology markets, cloud services, software licensing, cybersecurity, and AI ecosystems, you will lead complex sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and strategic supplier relationships across Capital Group's technology spend portfolio. You will also lead and develop a growing team of category management professionals and managers, helping shape the future of the organization while driving sourcing excellence, supplier governance, and category management best practices. As a key leader within the Enterprise Sourcing Office transformation, you will influence executive stakeholders, build organizational capabilities, and help create a more strategic, business-focused sourcing function. Please note, this role does require you to work in office, Monday - Thursday with the flexibility to work from home on Friday. “I am the person Capital Group is looking for.” You have 10+ years of experience in technology sourcing, category management, procurement, supplier management, or a related commercial discipline, with 12+ years preferred. You have experience managing complex technology categories, including AI, cloud services, enterprise software, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, hardware, and technology services. You have successfully developed and executed sourcing and category strategies that align with business and technology priorities.
