Position Summary Beginning June 28, 2026, the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy will require licensure for all pharmacy technicians, including Caremark Mail Operations Warehouse positions . The Product Selection Technician is essential to ensuring patients receive their medications in a timely manner. As part of the team, you will have an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your skills and experience to work in a closed-door pharmacy setting. You will make a difference by excelling in a complex, high impact dispensing role and positively impacting the lives of others. You will work alongside a team of talented individuals in a concerted team effort and under the direct supervision of Lead Technicians and Pharmacy Supervisors. The ideal candidate will possess high levels of reliability, accuracy, professionalism, team orientation, and problem-solving skills. As a Product Selection (filling) Technician working in the pharmacy, you will be responsible for all aspects of the filling of mail order prescriptions. You get to manually fill prescriptions, label prepackaged medications, and channel fill for the automated machines. As a backend Product Selection Technician, you get to work directly with the medication and the filling or operations of automated machines. It’s critical that you know how to use a 10 keypad and can lift 40 pounds. As a Product Selection Technician you will be standing for the length of your shift. Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of staff is also required. Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Required Qualifications Candidates must be able to: Must hold a current, unrestricted license with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or trainee on Day 1 of employment Provide verification of high school diploma or GED Regular and predictable attendance based on our policy The ability to work business required overtime (BROT) when needed Physical Demands: Ability to remain upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.
