Technical Support and Spare Parts Engineer

Role Overview: Support Maintenance Repair Operations and Procurement to source critical proprietary spare parts for North American plants. Assist in sourcing decisions, provide technical analysis, support supplier validation, and facilitate plant repairs and validation of D-products. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineers to ensure delivery stability and troubleshoot D-product issues such as servo guns and line testers. Manage spare parts inventory, monitor procurement processes, and support rebuilds ensuring quality standards. Assist in validating stock orders, optimize order quantities, and coordinate with Honda Motor for procurement and RFQs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 0-2 years of manufacturing experience, with knowledge of engineering principles and D-products. Hands-on analysis willingness, proficiency in Microsoft Office & SAP, strong communication skills, and business acumen in a technical setting. Working Conditions: Flexible hours, occasional travel (<10%), and potential overtime. Support on-site work, meetings, and emergency situations as needed.
