What You'll Do Source and engage TS/SCI w/Polygraph candidates. Build pipelines of Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Cyber professionals, and other technical talent. Partner with Recruiters to support current openings and future growth initiatives. Develop talent communities that allow rapid response to new opportunities and surge staffing requests. Help strengthen CyberCore's position as an employer of choice within the Intelligence Community. , Required Skills What We're Looking For 4+ years sourcing or recruiting technical talent. 2+ years sourcing or recruiting fully cleared technical talent in Maryland. Experience sourcing Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, System Administrators, Cyber professionals, and related technical skill sets. Strong sourcing and networking skills.
