About the Opportunity: The SENIOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, SECURITY is responsible for leading large-scale security and compliance programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role focuses on balancing risk mitigation with the needs of a rapidly growing company by optimizing processes, fostering collaboration, and demonstrating the impact of compliance efforts on performance and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Security Program Management, this position plays a key role in breaking down silos and ensuring coordinated security practices across the organization. Responsibilities: Lead multi-team security, IT, and engineering programs from strategy through execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams including security, legal, engineering, and business to align priorities and outcomes. Manage project governance, tracking risks, scope, timelines, and escalating blockers. Develop and maintain a unified security and compliance framework with practice leaders. Integrate external frameworks to streamline and automate compliance efforts. Ensure controls align with business objectives. Assess and mitigate risks related to industry frameworks and maintain overall risk posture. Adapt approaches based on evolving customer expectations. Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into control frameworks. Promote a culture of compliance across teams. Requirements: BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. Over 10 years of experience in Security, IT, or Compliance. Strong knowledge of security and compliance landscapes, including threats, SOX framework, technologies, and architectures. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of regulatory environments preferred. Proven experience in technical project and program management within technology sectors. Effective at presenting technical concepts to varied audiences. Strong leadership and strategic thinking to align technical and business goals. Collaborative leadership style suited to high-performance teams. Technical background with knowledge of software development processes. Creative problem-solving and analytical skills. Cybersecurity certifications such as CISM or CISSP are a plus. Pay Range and Compensation Package: US Base Pay Range $189,000—$258,000 USD Compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits, determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.
