• Ensures effective performance on moderately complex to complex technical assignments.  
• Plans and directs the timely execution of technical activities within assigned cost center(s).  
• Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.  
• Develops and/or administers organization engineering standards and procedures for the group.  
• Provides goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.  
• Ensures development and training of team members to optimize task results.  
• Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.  
• Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods and improvements.  
• Works on special projects, as directed. 

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (nuclear, aerospace, defense, or similar) equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 

• Hands on experience with SAP (MM, PP, QM, or PLM modules preferred). Strong understanding of configuration control, BOM management, and product lifecycle data.

• Familiarity with nuclear QA frameworks such as 10CFR50 Appendix B and NQA 1. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and cross functional communication skills.

• Experience in commercial nuclear power or nuclear grade I&C manufacturing to comply with safety, organizational, industry, and engineering standards.

• Knowledge of electronic assembly processes, calibrations controls, or environmental storage requirements.

• Advanced knowledge of related technical standards, techniques and criteria.  

• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.

• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.  
• Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
• Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.

Total Rewards Package         

• Salary: $133,000-$184,0000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
