Position Overview
The Technical Operations & Logistics Specialist supports technical configurations, shipping, and fulfillment to ensure systems are accurately prepared, documented, and delivered on time.
We are looking for a technically inclined, organized, and resourceful individual who takes initiative, works independently, and actively identifies opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Configurations & Support
- Configure, test, and prepare NeurOptimal® systems and related hardware according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate configuration records, serial numbers, and technical documentation.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues involving systems and equipment.
- Support hardware testing, quality control, and technical projects.
- Coordinate with Shipping to ensure systems are ready for timely fulfillment.
- Shipping, Fulfillment & Logistics
- Assist with order preparation, packaging, shipping, and inventory management.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers and logistics partners.
- Support international shipments, including customs documentation and import/export requirements.
- Identify and resolve shipping or logistics issues to minimize delays and costs.
- Provide operational support across configurations and shipping based on business needs.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Explore opportunities to use AI, automation, and technology to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Support the implementation of new procedures, systems, and operational tools.
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and new hardware launches.
- Take ownership of responsibilities, anticipate operational needs, and follow tasks through to completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in technical operations, hardware configurations, shipping, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Enthusiasm for NeurOptimal® and a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred
- Experience with shipping, inventory management, and international logistics.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and import/export documentation.
- Experience configuring or troubleshooting computer hardware.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, ERP/CRM systems, or process improvement initiatives.
