Technical Lead – Blue Yonder WMS

CGI is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with deep, hands on expertise in the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System platform. This role will complement the functional expertise of the Solution Architect by providing technical leadership across the Blue Yonder architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, and implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong code level experience with MOCA and a comprehensive understanding of the broader Blue Yonder technical ecosystem. They will advise clients and delivery teams on what can be achieved through configuration, supported extensions, or custom development, while helping assess when requirements may constitute product enhancements requiring additional Blue Yonder support agreements. Your future duties and responsibilities . Provide technical leadership for Blue Yonder WMS implementations, enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives . Develop, review, and troubleshoot MOCA based solutions, extensions, and customizations . Define and govern technical architecture across Blue Yonder WMS and connected enterprise systems . Advise on configuration versus customization decisions, balancing business requirements, maintainability, performance, and SaaS constraints . Assess technical requirements to determine whether they can be delivered through standard functionality, supported extensions, custom development, or product enhancements . Identify requirements that may require additional Blue Yonder support agreements, product changes, licensing, or vendor involvement . Partner with the Solution Architect to translate functional designs into practical and supportable technical solutions . Provide technical guidance on integrations, interfaces, data flows, environments, deployments, releases, and troubleshooting . Review implementation partner designs and code to ensure alignment with Blue Yonder best practices and enterprise standards . Mentor client and CGI teams on Blue Yonder technical capabilities, limitations, customization approaches, and long term platform management Required qualifications to be successful in this role . Significant hands on experience with Blue Yonder WMS technical implementations and platform architecture . Strong proficiency with MOCA development, troubleshooting, and customization . Deep understanding of the broader Blue Yonder WMS technical architecture and SaaS platform considerations . Experience designing and supporting integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and adjacent enterprise systems . Ability to assess when requirements should be addressed through configuration, supported extensions, custom development, or product enhancement . Experience evaluating technical designs, customizations, code quality, performance, maintainability, and upgrade impacts . Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and WMS implementation lifecycles . Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendor representatives . Experience working with Blue Yonder support teams or implementation partners on technical issues and enhancement requests . Strong consulting, problem solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills #LI-ML1 CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $145,000.
