Key Responsibilities: Assemble CNC machines and components based on technical instructions and assembly diagrams. Use hand and power tools safely and accurately to complete assembly tasks. Check component fit, alignment, and measurements to ensure assemblies meet specifications. Perform quality checks during and after assembly to identify missing components, damage, or assembly errors. Identify and troubleshoot basic assembly issues, and communicate unresolved problems to the production head. Package finished machines, components, and accessories securely for shipment, checking that the correct items and quantities are included. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining quality. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during assembly and packing. Provide accurate component and finished-assembly counts to the production head for inventory management. Qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude and a practical understanding of how mechanical components fit and function together. Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and diagrams. Comfortable using hand and power tools for assembly work. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, consistent work. Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize when an assembly does not look or operate as expected. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn new assembly processes and ask questions when instructions or requirements are unclear. Assets: Experience, knowledge, or understanding of the below topics are great to share with us if you have them: Previous experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment.
